CF Freestyle x Quintana KWL

Introduction: GV Freetime (Teddy) is a flashy chestnut colt by CF Freestyle out of Quintana KWL. He is blessed with a curious temperament, outstanding bloodlines and excellent conformation. Teddy is expected to mature 16.2-16.3hh and is available on weaning. His purchase presents an opportunity to buy a fabulous, well handled youngster to prepare correctly for his future performance career. He will be an asset to any serious competition home!

Bloodlines: Teddy is CF Freestyle (Diamant de Semilly x Flaire) x  Quintana KWL (Quintago 1 x Romany Ego Z). The young stallion, CF Freestyle, has it all - looks, intelligence, character, temperament, blood, movement, scope, carefulness and pedigree. His sire is the world renowned stallion Diamant de Semilly and his dam is the International 5* mare Flaire - a pedigree that combines some of the worlds best blood in modern day showjumping.

Teddy’s dam, Quintana KWL, was known to PHS as a young horse, prior to her sale to the current owner. She was trainable, kind and a lovely jumper with a fabulous bascule. Quin would have been quite suitable for a capable junior rider, prior to her retirement to the broodmare paddock. 

Education, handling and behaviour: Teddy is currently being halter and fully float trained - although he has already travelled with his mother on a float. 

Teddy is very  well socialised having been in a herd situation, with his dam, for most of his life. He is a very sweet boy with a sweet, curious and easy going temperament just like his mother. Teddy is a joy to  have around. 

Feeding and management: Teddy is currently fed hay and Khonke’s Cell Grow to support his development.

Medical history: Teddy does not have any medical issues. He is fully vaccinated, his feet and worming are up to date. 

Rider Suitability: Teddy’s character indicates that he will grow into a brave and willing horse. He gives all indications that breakin and educating him, down the track, will be a straightforward process. Nevertheless, due to his size and potential, he will suit a rider with some young horse experience.

Reason for sale: Teddy is for sale because of a change in his owner’s work circumstances. This is a very difficult sale. 

Teddy’s owner is looking for a home with a confident rider looking for a young horse to  produce up the grades in eventing or showjumping. Teddy will excel in either discipline so a competitive home would be ideal.
