Education, handling and behaviour: Mac has been extensively handled and is safe and easy to wash, lead, trim feet and take out and about. He has inherited his dam’s wonderful temperament and can even be led around by the owner’s three year old. Mac is farm, pram and kid safe!
He has been raised in a herd environment and is quite independent from his friends when required. He was weaned late to prevent the development of separation anxiety.
With Mac's temprament, looks and bloodlines, he is destined for success across a wide variety of disciplines. We know that he has the potential to excel in dressage, showing, eventing and showjumping and he will be quiet enough for an amateur or younger rider.
Feeding and management: Mac is currently paddocked and fed a nutritionally balanced diet - his breeder/ owner is an equine nutritionist.
Medical history: Mac does not have any medical issues.
Future Rider Suitability: Mac would suit a buyer with some - even minimal - young horse experience. He has a fabulous can-do attitude and as all the necessary ‘Life Skills’ and ground work already established. Mac’s even tempered outlook means that he will be quite suitable for a competent amateur when his ridden career commences.
Reason for sale: Mac’s owner breeds a few foals a year and sells them to fabulous homes that appreciate foals of this breeding, temperament and trainability.
Mac’s owner says: This is an emotionally difficult sale because he’s so lovely. His new owners will not be disappointed.
