Option 1 - ‘Horse Finder’ Search Service

Cost: $1000 upfront, no commission or any further fees.

This 'standard service' includes:

• • Creation of and management of PHS website advertisement and social media posts

  • Creation of search database of potential horse’s information, videos and any files - shared with search client

  • Up to 30 potential horses will sent to the client

  • Up to 10 horses will be shortlisted, with further information obtained for the client if requested.

  • Once shortlisted, you have 24 hours breathing space to book a viewing before anyone else.

Option 2 - Premium Search Service

Cost: $1000 upfront plus 5% commission (minimum $1000, maximum $2000)

Includes 'standard service' PLUS ‘concierge’ service which covers:

• All admin and communication regarding purchase process

• Research and follow up regarding submitted horses

• Support regarding the decision making process

• Management of viewings

• Negotiation of the sale

• Creation of the sale contract

• Provision of information regarding vets, insurance and transport

• Preliminary quotes/ booking of the above

• 
  

*Please note that 'Industry standard' search commission is 10% 

$5000 on a  $50,000 sale/ $15k on a $150k search

• A database will be sent to you, once the invoice has been paid.

• Your search criteria will be included.

• Each horse's information is presented in an easy to understand and compare  format.
